So wird Wohnraum Zweck entfremdet und kunstmäßig überteuert. Das Geschäftsmodell sollte verboten werden! !!!!!
Super polite and efficient agents. Apartments that they offer are quite nice too. I met Michael for an apartment viewing on Wednesday, I got the keyscontract on the same Friday. It was a painless and super efficient process (unlike many in Berlin:) ). My apartment is near Tiergarten, very bright and sunny. I strongly recommend.
Bought 5 years ago apartment at Prenzlauer Berg, was truly all fine, clear and correct. And they have English speaking employers.
Rented furnished studio from Mr. Michael Burk. Stayed there for more than 1.5 years. Flexible and always responsive team. Never had any issues with them. Would always rent from them anytime !
