Sat in line at drive thru for over 30 minutes before I left and went to chick fila. Took roughly 5-7 minutes for each car in line to get service. After over a year of Covid heavy drive thru traffic, zaxbys still has no idea of how to offer prompt service at drive thru. I’ll never go to zaxbys again.

Nice not to have McDonald's but a out the same price. Nice change. Clean bathrooms. Good music.
Food is good. Employees are rude and unconcerned. Wait times are ridiculous. The manager on duty seemed lost and extremely unconcerned that the restaurant as a whole was horrible. Customer service definitely isn't a priority.
Great salads but ranch dipping sauce wasn't great, no zaxby sauce
Absolutely love zaxby's. Food is always amazingy only complaint would be prices are a little high but it is very much worth it.
