Even developing countries with larger airports are able to bring luggage to the traveller faster than Swissport or Aviapartner. They spend so much time complaining and striking that they forget they actually have a job to do.

Awful experience when my bag was lost by Swissport. Fair enough you lost the bag and I was informed. Not fair enough that there was zero communication, zero accessability to talk to anyone on the phone, zero email response. Nothing... I am now 7 days waiting for a response to let me know when I will have my bag back. Terrible company and if Brussels Airport had any sense they would kick them out.
They found it! Something has been lost in a plane. I've recently lost the hope in humanity. Though... They can find things. I do testify
It has been a week and they have not contacted me once!!! I have called them !!!! They keep on telling me it will be on every flight that has come and gone and still no luggage!!!! NOW THEY WILL NOT EVEN CHECK WHERE MY LUGGAGE IS!!!!! I WILL BE CLAIMING COMPENSATION DESPICABLE!! BRUSSELS AIRLINES NEED TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
After arriving to the counter 2 minutes late due to the accident on the E314 (20-02-2019) the man behind the counter denied us access to our flight. He then admitted that he wasn't going to listen to our story because he was sick of all the excuses Moroccan people fabricated. Unacceptable!
Either on strike, taking breaks and simply never able to deliver luggage on the belt in a timely manner (like many other airports in the world that do this so efficiently). A terrible waste of airport taxes and luggage fees.
This is a scandal! Trade Unions in Belgium are social terrorist! Shame on you...in Canada you would never see this unacceptable egoistic and stupid behavior even workers in similar roles have less advantages than their Belgian colleagues, but here instead they act socially responsible and cooperative ...Belgium's economy is already in a bad shape...now its reputation, too. Hope Trade Unions are happy with the outcome...
Baggage handler strike led to my bag being among 15K in a pile somewhere. I get that the union is looking for leverage, but essentially taking it out on the incoming travelers is biting the hand that feeds you. I'm out over 100 just to get enough clothes for my business trip, and who knows if I'll ever see my bag again. The company wasn't ready, the airport wasn't ready and I will avoid BRU and any airport/airline that uses Swissport whenever possible.
