Went to setup telenet service and had issues with home office, took about two weeks to clear up the issue. Luc called and emailed the home office to help with process all along the way. Once issue was cleared up internet, cable, phone, and equipment was setup and running within an hour. Great service.

One star is even too much for this shop: 1. Price are far away more expensive than other physical shops and excessive if you compare with internet shops 2. The complete team is wake-up as droopy. Stop Valium and drink more coffee. 3. Customer service seems to be an unknow concept for them. I visited them at least 10 time. Each time I had the feeling to disturb them. 4. UPS and DPD desk. A real nighmare. They can not sort the package. It's a real mess. on top of that, I have the feeling that she does not know her alphabet

I had recurring problems with two-Factor-verification using a Telenet number. The sms with the verification codes did not arrive to the phone number and I could not access the necessary websites. After I had spent hours trying to have the issue fixed, Luc intervened and I received a new number that functions without any problems. Great service from Minex and Luc!
