I was yelled at for going to the wrong desk because the woman assumed I was there for unemployment instead of insurance. My Dutch was ridiculed and I didn't get the information I needed because I no longer had the confidence to ask for it. Shame. Nobody, employed or otherwise, Flemish speaking or not, should be treated like that.
