About 2 weeks ago, I sent an email with questions for which I need answers but no reply. Followed-up with a reminder ... still no reply. I thought I'd rather send an email, during the COVID times, than taking an appointment but that did help!!! I then requested an appointment online but I did not receive an reaction. A couple of days later, I decided to call and I was able to a kind lady from customer service who took my details to be passed on to ING Zaventem to call me within 48 hrs. Well, apparently that did not help either; I called back the customer service who took my details for the second time to submit an urgent request so that the agency calls me back. Really appalling service and people like may just change the agency because of lack of pro-activity !!!

All This places its like supermarket, like post, like church or cemetery... Every looks this same... People...personel, that is mooost important!
I do not understand why they have a telephone on there website since no one answers. poor customer service!!
Het is zelfs bijna onmogelijk om maar een afspraak vast te krijgen terwijl dit bij andere banken, Belfius, Beobank, KBC, Argenta, onmiddellijk geregeld was.
Wat een oplichters!!! Zit een uur aan de telefoon om doorgeschakeld te worden, wordt er gewoon opgehangen echt een schande

Nooit helpen aan de mensen altijd problemen met medewerker op balie ze wil niet helpen ze wil niet doen voor klanten ze wil altijd probleem doen ik wil niet meer werken ing zaventem
