Ordered flowers more than a week in advance for a birthday. Bouquet has not been delivered on the date of the birthday due to 'a technical defect'. No SMS, e-mail, telephone to report this technical defect and customer service not open after 5 pm, despite deliveries after 5 pm. Customer service only offers a voucher for 25% of the value with 3 months validity as compensation. So as compensation for missing a birthday, I now have to order another bouquet within 3 months and pay another 75%. I do not recommend anyone to use this service.

Ordered a bunch of flowers with lilies for a birthday but there were no lilies in what they delivered, while the flower shop which created the bunch told me that they had lilies in stock, discussing with Fleurop has been useless as they hide behind the sale contract which says that it could happen that they won’t deliver certain type of flowers which they don’t have in stock... Worst user experience and after sale service ever (from Fleurop side to the flower shop side which can’t do anything to make the situation better as they need Fleurop’s approval). I would not advise anyone to pay the premium they ask for such a service.

Un bouquet arrivé dans le délai mais qui ne correspond en rien à ce que j ai commandé et qui a mon sens ne correspond pas non plus au prix. Très peu de fleurs par rapport à ce que j ai payé , beaucoup de feuillage et décorations Noël inutiles pour \meubler\ le bouquet. Je suis déçue de vous avoir fait confiance !
