Helpful personnel
Good selection of books for small children covering many challenges in their life such as potty training, going to school, doctor etc. With regards to the personnel, i was surprised when i was asked to speak Dutch only, when i first went to pick up a book to study Dutch language individually... To learn some Dutch i need to be able to get a book first, so a bit more help would be appreciated.
