After being fed up with the niggles and aches in my shoulders and neck I decided to seek help before visiting the GP. After checking in with Google I decided to take a chance with Zara. The woman is amazing, well qualified and really knows her stuff. When I leave that lovely massage bed I feel wonderfully refreshed, ache free and relaxed. In my book Zara is WONDER WOMAN.

Very pleased I came here. Very professional with a relaxed atmosphere. Zara treated me for muscular pain I had suffered with for over 5 years, unbearable at times. Now after only a few treatments it has gone! I can't express how grateful I am to Zara
I first saw Zara when I was having major issues with my shins from running, her treatments are exceptional and she fixed the problem within a few treatments. I now see her regularly for a maintenance massage and would not dream of seeing anyone else. Would recommend to anyone.
I’ve been seeing Zara for several years now, not only is she a professional in her field but a very nice person and I highly recommended her.
Would Highly recommend. I suffer with neck and shoulder pain from sitting at a desk for long hours and Zara's work is incredible, I leave feeling like a new person.
