I was in here waiting in line to purchase some clothes when the lady in front of me, with her boyfriend, we getting very irate about their card not working and had taken a huge amount of clothes to the counter as well as shoes, I thought it very professional of the lady behind the desk to keep her cool and not get worked up by the two customers that seemed to be having payment issues as they were getting borderline aggressive. Well done random Zara employee, you did a great job!

Good bargains found. But changing rooms needed a good clean up and when sales are going well, two tills need to be added to the two they have. Then they would need more staff beyond the limited number present.
Brilliant shop for design and we are losing the shop as they are closing down and leaving Dundee....such a shame!!!
Went in as this fab store is closing down on Thursday. This is a Zara HO decision to close many stores worldwide and its going to leave a large hole in Dundee High St.
