I went for the free shipping, and they said, no problem 3 to 5 days, I received it the next morning! The guys are wonderful! Always above and beyond what they to do and I appreciate it very much! Zapp provide excellent customer service, the staff are so friendly and helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. They completed my order quickly even though it was last minute and during uncertain times, took the time to explain the different products and offered advice. Highly recommend! Been to many a vape shop in the post. Zapp is by far the best. Staff are massively helpful, offer great advice and always friendly and welcoming. The click & collect service due to lockdown is so simple and easy as well! Definitely recommended to anyone
