Zapata's is always a great experience. The service is so efficient, and the food very tasty! I get the fajita enchiladas when I order. Great fajita meat! Also the brisket enchiladas are quite good! Also enjoy the top shelf margaritas. For me, this is the best Mexican restaurant in Texarkana.

The food was great, as was the atmosphere. If you like fish, try the seafood platter with Mahi and shrimp. Quick and friendly service also.

We stopped off here for a late lunch on our way home from camping at Cossatot. We sat at the bar, our server was super, the food came out fast and was delicious. If you’ve eaten at Superior Bar & Grill in Shreveport LA, this place has a similar vibe and food. Yum!
It was a clean, great atmosphere. The waitress was very attendant to our needs. She checked on us regularly. She was nice and kept a smile. Got her a great tip! She made our trip to Zapata's enjoyable. We will return.
