After a long and draining day I ordered a pizza based on the reviews. I got a cold pizza with no plates or napkins, delivered to a hotel. The delivery guy didn't even have enough sense to knock on the door. I've done this a few times and ALL drivers knock just to let you know they dropped it off. I got a text message telling me it was almost here. I checked on my own 10 mins after the message said 5. The cheese was cold and hard like it was sitting out for longer than 15 mins. There is no way it was hot when it left the restaurant. We all know what hot, warm or cold pizza looks and feels like. I paid 30 for cold pizza. Thanks a lot for absolutely nothing.

Ok! The customer service here is wonderful I come here often as it is.... however when I come in I normally just order over the counter, this time I wanted to order online. I came in to pick the pizza and I didn’t see anything ready for me. The young lady asked when did I place my order I told her about 30-45mins ago she said “im sorry but it hasn’t come in yet”... me a little confused another young lady Named Raven asked was it the right location and did I get a confirmation email. I didn’t check when I ordered but when I did it was for the location in Plano \u200d️\u200d️\u200d️. I went back in and asked if there is anything they can do to help me out and Raven and Kevin both jumped in to get the order for me! I’m very grateful because this error was completely on me and they could have said it was nothing they can do but they fix me a pizza In no time!!!! THANK YOU RAVEN AND KEVIN!!!!!!
Went to Mac’s on S Lamar and discovered Zalat pizza they offer there. Amazing! Mac’s bar was amazing as well and Katie and I enjoyed everything about our visit. Great staff!! It’s very cool to live downtown yet make a random venture down the road a bit to “the cedars” and find a bar so awesome with food that can’t be beat as well!! Killer karaoke Wednesday’s as well. We’ll be back I guarantee!
My favorite spot for delicious pizza. Super savory. I look forward to going back again. The prices are good for what you get. Feeling here is similar to a cafe in San Jose I liked.
This was a great place for as something to do at a late night get out. Pizza was awesome and drinks are tasty as well. I wld state that customer service is a little lack luster. I believe younger are more ppl to service cs. Literally sat for a hour for wings and fries.
