Fake reviews everywhere on here. Cheap second hand cars that don’t run. Don’t waste your money. Get these people back in their taxis where they belong once and for all!!! The main office is a shed. In fact there’s more sheds on the site than cars. See the attached picture
Bought a saab from these guys from while ago so thought I would give a honest review later. First time in talk to staff but they didn't have that customer happy routine vibe going off but the owner was a star soon after. Looking round the cars is good, different types too suit they didn't bug me or hassle just hello and help routine. Got my car and fault came up which wasn't dealership fault but previous owner, neither the less went back changed and had no issues couldn't be happier with it Would use these guys again.
Bought a Peugeot 407 from here, 2 weeks later it broke down. I called zaks who arranged recovery straight away, they took it directly to the garage where it was found to need a starter motor. They fixed it at no cost to me and returned my car a day later. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend and will 100% use them again
Purchased lovely Audi A5 from Zaks cars, the service was absolutely first class. Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome, they were also very fair with the price that was offered for my part exchange vehicle. The whole experience at Zaks cars was faultless. Thank you
