Perfect place to score some movies for the weekend! Bigger and more varied inventory than any retailer I know and generally priced very decently compared to other used competitors. Staff is super helpful, flexible and always really kind. Kudos to every keycord-wearing hero behind that counter! (One minor tip though, when putting the discs into the cases... index goes inside the inner ring and thumb supports the outer ring side. No touching the surface with your fingerprints. ;P )

Great shop, great concept. When we finish a game, we bring it back and trade it for another.
I bought a used phone here for 220 Euros. The batteries ended up being at the end of their lifeline. I returned and got another phone no problem. Unfortunately this phone's battery was also bad. I returned again and as they did not have another phone of the same price catergory the employee said he would get a phone from another store and give me a call when it arrived in Zaandam. I have never received a call. Their service is okay as they are willing to exchange the phone but unfortunately the quality check of the phones they buy is poor as the battery was bad twice.
