Overpriced food, overcharged bill, missed reservation, it doesn’t deserve any star. Can’t believe this is a restaurant in a 5 star hotel.
seafood and grill duck is good, service is not so good. we had a table for 10 people, we had to go to the corridor looking for services a few time, at the end we gave up and opens up the bottle and pour our own wine. at 9:45pm sharp, the waiter came in to our room and informed us they are closed for business and left, didn't even have the courtesy to ask us in advance for any additional services.
Food: Average, soup was good. Service: Try hard to please, but English deficiency is a bit problematic. Ambient: Typical hotel's Chinese restaurant. Value: Average.
Food is not impressive but not bad. The service was not good. They missed one dish and the waiter didn’t even apologize. However, they did compensate us with fruits which we don’t like. We will not come back.
