YUME SUSHI

I love this place. I have simple taste when it comes to sushi, so I always just get nigiri or sashimi. They have always been fresh and delicious. They have a lot of more exotic sushi offerings, but I can’t speak to those. The pickled sea weed and cucumber sides are excellent. The decor and atmosphere are cool and modern. It is popular, so it can be hard to get a table if you don’t make reservations early.

This is by far one of the most incredible sushi places I have ever been! Me and my wife are sushi lovers and have had the pleasure of eating in some wonderful places, however this place is by far the best we have ever had. Last night was out first time there, and we ate a little bit of everything! The flavor combinations, the plating, the crafted sushi and sashimi, the drinks, the atmosphere and the service were incredible! The chefs vision and artistic expressions in his food are such a delight. We had the pleasure of meeting him and his lovely wife, who is the manager as well. They are extremely kind and loving! Just and incredible experience through and through! Go and enjoy yourself all who read this!

What a fantastic experience, even during COVID. Our server, Vu, was very personable and explained the menu/ingredients very well. He made our Christmas Eve dinner an enjoyable one. We had the Christmas special - well worth the price. Each course was an explosion of flavor leaving you wanting more with each bite. Will definitely be coming back again and will be suggesting this restaurant for an unbelievable sushi, sake and dessert experience!

Wonderful service and beautiful ambience! I had never been before, but went on a date last weekend. We sat at a high-top table at the bar. They have a very extensive sake menu, and we did not have much knowledge about sake so we deferred to our server for suggestions (he was also the bartender, which put us at an advantage). He was more than happy to describe the different types of sake and the associated flavor profiles. We ordered a bottle based on his recommendation, and it was delicious! We went on to order another recommended bottle, and even took a third home with us. The food was also excellent and came out in a timely manner. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I will surely be returning!

Great food. Served fresh, each bite was like heaven. The froie gras was amazing, buttery and melted in your mouth. The combination of flavors selected were perfect. I have to say, all the rolls weren't my favorite and every roll isn't for everyone, but the freshness of the food was by far the best I've had in a long time! The atmosphere alone is attractive. Its a sweet spot to go with a friend, a s/o, or alone.
