It went smoothly. We had an appointment. But you now have to make appointments ahead of time to be seen. If you can do your transaction online then you have to do it online. If it's something they require you to do in person or if they need some type of verification then again you must get an appointment. So that's awesome and inconvenient all at the same time. Things do go much faster and smoother. So I like this system.
