Ordered new years eve at 19 05, was told collection was 1 hour 10 minutes, and delivery was 2 hours 10 minutes. We chose collection and arrived at 20 15, which the food was not ready. A customer was in there being told another 5 minutes when he'd ordered at 18 55. He said he'd be back in 15 minutes as he didn't believe it would actually be 5. 20 minutes later that customer came back and had to wait another 10 minutes for his food. I didn't leave until 21 20 with my food, which wasn't even worth the wait, the chicken was undercooked, the only nice part was the fries. I understand the night was obviously going to be busy but this should have been prepared for and limted the numbers of orders as they took orders from walk in telling them it would be 1 hour.

Ordered, waited 45 mins , no problem, hubby tucking into it and found clump of hair
Didn’t feel COVID safe. Ordered by telephone, told it would be ready in 40 minutes. Turned up to chaos - shop full of people - random mix of walk in orders who are given no order number, people waiting for telephone collections with order numbers, and delivery drivers. Waited outside with others who didn’t feel safe - most people didn’t have a clue of the status of their orders. Definitely not well managed from a confined space and COVID transmission perspective - some people wearing no masks. Eventually just walked away - a simple screen with a large order number display would help greatly so people do not have to keep entering the premises and mix. The food is good but not that good to risk picking the virus up.
Genuinely shocked by some of the reviews as I couldn't say a thing wrong about the place it's great never had an issue with any of my orders
