Dr. Barnes is the best doctor we have seen in 42 years of raising our children. He is caring, considerate, spends the necessary time discussing the issues, asks lots of questions, and gives answers and explanations to our many questions. There has only been a couple of times that we weren't able to see him on the same day we called in all the years we have used him and for serious situations he is available after hours. The girls at the front desk have always been professional and helpful. They work together as a team to expedite the required checkin and checkout procedures and answer any questions we may have while at the office or over the phone. They too are courteous and caring and will take the time to answer any insurance questions we might have or print out any forms we may need. We rate Dr. Barnes and his team a 10 on a 5 star scale.

The doctors here are good. Dr Dixen and Dr Barnes do great. The reason for the three star rating is everything else. It's overcrowded. I couldn't get my sick son in because everything was full for the day. This has happened more than once. Also, there is one particular front desk lady that can be rude/moody.
The front office is incredibly rude EVERY time I’m in the office. The nurse is not pleasant in the least and the only answers I’ve vet received about my concerns were extremely vague with no real answers. They talk about other patients OPENLY and loudly. I’m positive that’s illegal (HIPPA violation). I’ve heard about several others health conditions, personal lives, medical expenses AND medical changes in prescription meds OF COMPLETE STRANGERS!!!! I’ve address this issue once before and NOTHING has changed since 6 weeks ago when they were confronted.. we will NOT be back.
Now, this is the doctor we need. Someone who willing to know the patient, listens, educates, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this doctor. It is not easy to find someone like him. I am so glad that he is in Claremore. He is the best in town without a doubt!
The individuals at the front desk can be rude and snippy as if they've don't enjoy their job. They will also be rude with you over the phone and accuse you of being a liar due to their own schedule mess ups. This facility is all over the place, and shouldn't be considered for your little one's pediatric care.
