Cant fault the workmanship and quality of the staircase that Yourstaircase have fitted. They made the process easy from start to finish and were more than helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
Excellent service from start to finish. Quick to reply to enquiry, quick to come out to quote and arrange installation dates. Daz the joiner was on time, polite, got on with the job and always tidied up after himself! My new staircase is absolutely beautiful. I 100% recommended this company
Your Staircase replaced our old ugly staircase with a fantastic oak and glass new one. The job was done professionally and looks superb. Unfortunately, lockdown meant that it took longer than anticipated, but that is hardly their fault. The entrance to our house has now been transformed and we would definitely recommend them. We also added a gate at the bottom of the stairs connected by a magnet, which is easy to use and keeps our dogs from going upstairs. Thank you for such a professional job.
Had a new make over on our stairs a few weeks ago and absolutely love them. Had a previous customer of theirs contact me saying they’d had a bad experience with them ( you always get one ) and the complaint was made good, I spoke to josh who runs the company and he put my mind at ease. I can say I’m so glad I went ahead with them the lads who did them were great arrived in on time explained what they were going to be doing, were very polite and great little workers just basically got on with it they cleaned up and hoovered up after themselves would highly recommend them to anyone thank you and well done yourstaircase
