My girlfriend and I moved into our first apartment together with the help of Chris from the Stirling branch. The level of customer service and care from the moment we viewed the flat until now has been fantastic. Chris is one of the most genuine, hard working, committed people to his job and tenants so anyone lucky enough to have him as their agent won’t be disappointed. I cannot personally vouch for the rest of the team in branch but I can only imagine that they would provide the same high standards Chris provided to us.

The process started before lockdown and the team were fantastic considering the circumstances, keeping us updated throughout. Really friendly staff. The branch manager Jacqui and her staff were professional from the outset of the sales process. They kept us informed at all stages of what was going on, and felt reassured at all stages that they had their finger on the pulse. They made what can be a very stressful process much easier, and we really cannot fault them.
