These guys are the best estate agents I have dealt with in 30 years. The team made everything easy, they followed up on all the points, communicated well, and were nice with it. If I need an estate agent again I would use them without any hesitation. Highly recommended.

At the beginning of marketing my house. I felt I was explained everything, upfront costs deductions for paying media pack early etc and was happy . But managers changed for the better in my opinion, then when house was sold the final bill was much higher than expected. Nobody was sure exactly what was prepaid. My annoyance may be partly my fault as my interpretation of what was originally said was not what it said in fine print.
