My landlord recently decided to transfer the property I am renting to Your Move in Dumfries. Despite an ongoing mould and damp issue which has damaged my belongings and caused my asthma to worsen, I have received no financial support or compensation. Your Move has repeatedly ignored my requests for assistance, and instead told me to contact another company as this is not something they deal with. Extremely unhelpful and disappointing service, I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
Over two months waiting on these guys to sort the issue of a hole in the dining room floor and a window that doesn't fit. With the extreme weather we have been having too, I'm fast losing faith in their customer care. Scottish LAW states tenants are entitled to a wind and watertight home but these guys don't give two hoots. We have to email and call time and time again with nothing being done. I've had to take time off work for citizens advice appointments about this and am now currently taking legal advice. This was supposed to be a fresh start, a new home and these guys have made it the worst possible Christmas and worst experience with any letting agency.
i was disappointed that we were served plastic knives forks and paper plates i font care what they think about there efforts to so called do the right thing with the most benign corona virus in the history of the world there response was over the top and they were using lurpack butter a vegetable oil as well as butter type butter totally rubbish i still think it's X good place but they need to buck there ideas up very disappointed
