Very impressed with the company as a whole. Every time I rang for information when selling my Dads’ house they were very helpful. Once a seller was found Gareth kept me informed of what was going on each step of the way . He was patient when I asked numerous questions and was always very quick to respond. I was anxious as didn’t know how the process worked and the time frame - but Gareth kept me calm and explained the process. Everything went smoothly and would definitely recommend them.

Jacqueline Bean from the Doncaster branch was extremely helpful and supportive. She kept us very well informed and everything very transparent throughout the entire sales process. The buyer's solicitor was difficult to get hold of and very slow to respond, but Jacquie kept chasing them up for updates and effectively managed to speed up the sale process through her professional and persistent efforts. At the onset of the process Jamie Spencer was also a friendly valuation manager who smoothly got the ball rolling for us. I would highly recommend this branch without hesitation.

Rental house not checked prior to start of contract. Not aware that the property has prepayment meters due to debt from previous tenant. Provided absolutely no support for tenants who have a landlord that doesn't carry out the work specified in the initial contract.
