I had 5 estate agents out at the start of january to value my house, Your Move were the only company to send me a confirmation e-mail of my appointment beforehand and give me a courtesy call from Sarah to confirm the details, they were very thorough from start to finish. I decided to use them as my agent of choice based on the professionalism from Sarah and the valuation she provided and I can confirm I was not disappointed, the service I received was exceptional, they made me and my wife feel so at ease with everything and to top it off they sold my house within 5 hours of it being on the market and still achieved the asking price in CASH! We are now dealing with the solicitors who they recommended and so far so good, they have been so helpful and Ellie in the office has been progressing it for us making our lives that little bit easier.
