I do not know where to start. Carlo, Dave and James have been absolutely phenomenal. If they were to write a book on the sale of my house, it would be a definitive best seller. Leading up to the selling of my house, they kept me up to date with pertinent graphical statistics as to the interest of my house, which helped me to decide a realistic guide price, which in turn had then generated a long list of viewings. Their negotiation skills have been second to none by achieving the right price that I had sought out for the house. Moreover, the efforts, influence and hard work displayed by Carlo and Dave that got me through to Exchange of Contracts had been outstanding, by chasing the Solicitors, Buyers and Purchasers of the chain, keeping me abreast of any changes on the way and then swiftly getting everyone to an agreed completion date. We first put our property up for sale with Your Key Move back in August and it sold with in two weeks for a great price and we was so happy. Sadly 8 days before Christmas due to unforeseen circs our buyer had to pull out so Your Key Move stepped up and put our house straight back on the market and we sold again with in 3days!
