Worst organisation I know of. Have no interest in the safety or welfare of their tenants. They lie in their Tenancy Agreement, YOU ARE ALLOWED a dog in a communal block according to their staff when it clearly states in the Tenancy Agreement that you're not. I have had a problem for over a year making dozens of complaints but nothing gets done! The whole organisation needs reform, start taking some responsibility!

Shocking company to work for. Management do not respect the staff.
Terrible. As a leaseholder I pay for the yhn services. But I get fed up with the lack of service. I dont know how many times I have complained. I am not alone. My neighbours have the same problems.
