I was nervous about starting a gym and didn’t know where to start but as soon as I visited this gym and started I was put at ease instantly, I’ve got to say the choice of equipment to use is fantastic and the cleanliness of facilities are 5*
Clean gym with quality machines. Friendly and helpful staff and have a large range of on the go nutrition. One of the few gyms around that caters for wheelchair users. Highly recommended!
Very good gym, good solid variety of bodybuilding machines, cardio area not huge but does the job, few treadmills and bikes, a rowing machine.
