Our counselor is amazing. She has worked with my autistic son for 8 years now. The staff is friendly and willing to help. There are services available to help you with your child's school, to be your child's advocate. They have programs like camp challenge for the kids, the teen group, the gardening group, etc etc. Worth looking into. I would give it 5 stars, but they still have Dr. Fickter here. He is the only downfall to this place. He lets you sit in the waiting room for hours! Then, when you see him, he doesn't listen and is condescending. Everyone else i have ever dealt with here has been wonderful.

I didn’t reach out to the company, Dr. Hill shared my pregnancy with this place. I accepted to be apart of a program because I THOUGHT I would receive helpful information and guidance (still fairly new to the area). The lady Miss. Butler she’s sweet but she wasn’t much help on giving information nor responding to messages. I am 33 weeks and 3days pregnant must I add I been with them since I believe 12 weeks and she’s been to my home twice. I recently ask for a new worker after I told Miss. Butler I no longer wanted her since she wasn’t beneficial to me. I’m still waiting on a call back from the supervisor. What I dislike is the fact I accepted help and allowed someone I hardly knew in my home for them to not be helpful. It makes me wonder if the women who need help with baby items are actually getting the help they really need from this program. It’s my fault that I expected more, smh. I hope others don’t experience what I have.

No point in making an appointment you end up waiting an hour or more past your appointment time.
