Never been to this shop and won’t come back. Went and took my bike to get serviced on a Saturday. Needed new tires and an oil change. A week goes by and I didn’t hear anything thought it was unusual so I contacted them. Asked about the progress and how much it would cost. They guy never answered my question about the cost and said that they were several weeks behind. It took you a week and ME contacting you for you to tell me your shops behind. If you would have told me that from the start there would be no issue. Also, they ordered new tires without Discussing/talking to me about What type, brand or anything. Another weeks goes by and still nothing. It took almost 3 weeks to get my bike back that was having “basic maintenance “ done. It cost over 600 to get done and almost 3weeks. The lack of communication was just terrible! I was left in the dark and I couldn’t get as straight answer. Next time I’ll just do the service myself and save about 300

Do not use this thief!!! I posted my ECU to Them (David) at Rexxer charged me a small fortune for the remap, I payed for return postage just to find out he fried my Ducati’s ECU. He has no after sales morals and won’t honor is work! Doesn’t offer any help and will leave you stranded and out of pocket!!! Now I have a Ducati Motorcycle I can’t use unless I buy a new ECU.
