Me and my family have used Yorkshire Timbre for 3 years now, as members of the public. Members of staff from the start was very helpful and polite, giving advice on what we needed. Would highly recommend.
Went here as a member of the public looking for wood to use as framing. There were plenty of staff seemingly at a loose end but no one was interested in being of assistance & said that they were 'too busy' to cut wood to size to allow transport home. Went to James Chambers who were a breath of fresh air by comparison.
