Very disappointing Customer Service. Incorrect tracking information provided for someone else's order. When it finally arrived it was one item short with a handwritten message 'To follow'. Some eight weeks later I still haven't received it and no response to my emails asking for an update. Poor service and an apparent disregard for looking after their customers. I can't recommend using them.
If I could give zero I would. Dishonest and incompetent. Everyone is having their problems right now, but taking my mum's money for a delivery then not even telling her when it might come despite every attempt to contact you. Charging for delivery when your website says \we have waived delivery charges\, classy work. I have no idea how you stay in business with the approach you have to your customers, especially right now when people are very vulnerable. Embarrassing.
If there was 6 stars I'd give 6 stars. Absolute fabulous meat with the true taste of Yorkshire. I seriously recommend you try this online butchers.
