This is difficult to revue, the staff giving the the same 5 star treatment to customers, but the garish re - brand together with the dismissal of the \Yorkshire\ brand is very conflicting. Put it this way I'm now actively looking for a new bank!

Had to take 90 yr old gran down to hunslet yorkshire bank today. The Covid set up was spot on and the service we received from Val on Counter and a young blonde girl doing the door, didn't get her name unfortunately, was second to none. Please pass this on as so many people are quick to complain and dont acknowledge fab service. Thankyou
Ridiculous everyone's complaining. Virgin money should not have closed the Morley branch.
You need to update your website,opening hours differ to what they actually are
They wont give me my money and wont tell me why and then they locked my card so i can't use a machine i have no money and bills to pay and shopping to do and they wont tell us when and why
