Very poor. First of all this isn't a real, bricks and mortar business. The impressive website is this guy Paul operating from his phone, he then farms the job out to his mate at a powder coating / \storage solutions\ (?) firm. His mate takes very little responsibility for the job (he refused to give me a receipt when I collected and paid him, saying it was nothing to do with him). Anyway the price quoted on the phone was cheap, and I got told all about what they would do acid dipping and powder coating and how they would be like new after, so I dropped the wheels off and waited to hear that they were done. Next day I get a text from Paul to say the wheels were heavily corroded, and the job would be an extra 30% cost on that quoted, and would take 4-5 days to do. Interesting that the guy that took the wheels from me, who was doing the actual job, never said anything about this.... I replied to say I would go 20 higher only cost, but didn't mind waiting 5 days, to which I got no reply. 24 hrs later I got a text to say the wheels were done so I don't know what happened to the extra 4 days work and where the extra cost came from, but when I went to collect the job was poor - wheels still visibly pitted from corrosion and painted over. I asked the guy doing the job why I had been told it would take 4-5 days, and why the pitting hadn't been filled. He told me once the wheels get as bad as this I am better off buying a new wheel! I never got to see Paul. So I paid the quoted price plus 20 the wheels were still done in 1 day, the finished job was poor, and I never got a receipt. Not recommended

My wheels were very badly scratched and chipped and I cannot believe that Leeds Alloy wheel repair have done such a marvellous job, the wheels now look like they have just come out of the showroom and have made the car look really smart again. The service is also excellent I rang up and was booked in for the job to be done very quickly and the price was very competitive and excellent value for money. I would use them again and will also recommend them to all my friends.
As the owner of a vehicle detailing business who prides himself on the quality of his own work, it is important to both myself and my business that any work I 'outsource' on behalf of my customers is carried out to the same high standards as i set myself, I have now sent many sets of wheels off to paul and the guys over the past couple of years for refurbs including diamond cuts and to press the quality of the refurb upon return has been first class and done to the highest possible standard. So much so in many cases my clients have even commented on how well their wheels have looked after the refurb and how well they now compliment the detailing process I carried out perfectly. Safe to say I will continue to send 'my' wheels to Paul as and when the need arises!
