***Never rated any company 1* before***. Be wary of shopping with Wickes, front end they appear to very good however, I experienced severe issues with delivery of broken & missing items. Their customer services are almost non existent and when you approach the staff instore for help, you get told they can't do anything and you have to contact the call centre. Abysmal customer services! 2 broken baths and almost three weeks without any facilities
