Completely obnoxious and not organized this Township is one of the worst places I've ever lived I continually have to call them and verify that they received payments apparently they are not intelligent enough to use the internet I have never dealt with a more obnoxious or disorganized governmental Bureau They continually harass residents of the county over 75 dollars and they charge fee in order to even make a payment! What a bunch of bs! and then they're not intelligent enough to even see that they received the payment! if you are thinking of moving to York County be aware they will threaten you every single month about shutting your water off over 75 these people are complete clowns! we have made a complaint with the ALCU and also the Pennsylvania Utilities Commission! these people are nothing but a bunch of bullies that harass the residents of York County my suggestion is move Anywhere But Here! we can't wait to put our house up for sale and move far away from these idiots! Maybe they'll think it's funny when they get hit with an enormous fine from the Pennsylvania Utilities Commission maybe that'll teach them a lesson
