Can't speak more highly of this company! They were quick, efficient, and do extraordinary work. I ordered customized logo whiskey glasses and after submitting my logo, they emailed me a proof of what it would look like. I asked them to revise some of the line work for me and they perfected it! I ordered the glasses on a Sunday and they were delivered that Thursday!! WHOA! Truly \top shelf

SO happy with my purchase from Crystal Imagery!! I ordered 4 glasses and a decanter with my boyfriend's college logo for his graduation, and he absolutely loves them. Ordering was easy (love the discounts for multiples), they sent photo proofs before creating them and they shipped SO FAST. While the 1-2 weeks listed on the website seemed more than reasonable to me, I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived on my doorstep Thursday of the same week. So happy with the purchased and super surprised/ happy with how quickly they arrived.

Every time we entertain and break out our glasses, slate cheese tray or mugs, we always get compliments. I'm not sure how they get the engraving that deep and detailed, but you won't be sorry you ordered! Very classy products! We'll continue to add to our collection.

My husband and I first ordered a set of glasses for our home, and was so blown away by the expert craftsmanship. Crystal Imagery was able to reproduce my husbands original art on the glasses to perfection. We loved them so much, we've purchased several sets as gifts, and its always such a hit. If you want to impress someone with an amazing gift, get a set of these glasses I've seen lots of other carved glasses, and they just don't compare. LOVE LOVE LOVE this company.
