Firstly let me say what a lovely lady Sharmini is. I attended her cookery school on 24th September 2020. Since then following her expertise from the course, I have made 2 dishes from Sharmini's recipe book, Jalefezi and Shammi kebabs, Both which I made regularly before BUT Sharmini's are different class, my wife said \these are the best Kebabs you have ever made\ and \this is the best and most authentic curry you have ever made\ trust me coming from my Mrs that is complement enough! if you want to make good Indian food, check out Sharmini cooking classes.
