Very safe car park, ALWAYS has a parking attendant on duty. I have seen them all during the pandemic, it has been open to the public every single day. Good to see people safe in their jobs at Q-Park, no customers? Get the paint brush out. Excellent and reassuring in these uncertain times.

Good place in the city short way everywhere
Clean and secure and not much more than other car parks in the area. Be sure to check vouchers offering discounts or cash back on Q-park locations, there always seems to be some. This location is only 5mins walk from the main shambles street aka ‘Harry Potter’ style lane.
Nice car park, good location, but I do not want to buy the place ... Come on guys 9.00 for 2.5 Hrs parking you are having a laugh. Love York spoilt by over the top parking fees...
Car park is quite conveniently located, prices are not bad IF you book online in advance. Its a real shame there are no toilets inside as York is a tourist hot-spot and many people embark on long car journeys to get there. Upon arrival I should imagine lots of people start searching out bathroom facilities. Spaces are OK size and clearly marked. Points are lost as those parked in the ground floor have to visit level 3 to pay, although there are 2 small narrow lifts. I wouldn't like to negotiate them in a wheelchair. All in, probably as good a place to park in York as any if you are planning a journey up.
