J Rymers have supported the arrangement of our family funerals over the years and most recently our Mum’s which took place today. I cannot thank Chris and the team in York enough for their professionalism, patience, compassion and empathy. My brother and I had a challenging time arranging our Mum’s funeral during the Covid pandemic which resulted in varying restrictions and frustrations but Chris helped us maintain dignity during the planning and ensure we were able to send Mum off with pride and in the best way possible under the circumstances. The flexibility of the team has been amazing and I would have no hesitance in recommending J Rymer Funeral Directors to anyone who would like a supportive and gracious service. I can honestly say that from collection to finish at the crematorium everything was so personal and professional that it made the ordeal much easier to deal with and left myself and the family in a much better place than we had imagined possible. everyone at dignity made the visits to Saida, while upsetting, a warm experience and you are well named. to say thank you is insufficient but we were all left with a warm comforting memory.
