Right from the start Andrew provided all of the information I requested in a timely manner. He was effective with his communication throughout and this was much appreciated, especially having to 'click and collect' when buying the car. He is knowledgeable about the cars and provided professional videos to show us the car inside and out. Very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Aaron and Andy at Inchcape York have been bloody excellent. My 2 y/o F-Pace has never, ever, since day one, driven so well. I can’t tell you how happy I am with these guys service, information and help. It’s has been in and out of four JLR dealers previously for over eight weeks in two years to fix faults. Inchcape York standout a mile, they’ve restored my faith in a British mark, thank you guys. I was seriously thinking of kicking this car back over the fence and getting a Merc, but now I’m looking forward to seeing an F-Pace facelift. Ohhh and now it has Apple CarPlay
Tim was the main person I was dealing with and was very helpful start to finish. If he was ever unavailable he always made sure someone else knew what was going on if I needed to get in touch. Everyone else I encountered were also friendly and helpful too. 5 star service!
Whilst I do not think you are cheap, the service supplied was very good. I was expecting to have to wait over 2 hours, but after about an hour and a half, I was told the car would fail its MOT, but the parts to correct the problems would be there within 24 hours and a curtesy car was available for me. It was all very efficient
Entrusted them with my F type. Followed the staff when they moved from Jaguar Leeds. Brilliant pickup and delivery service; car well looked after; good communication. Great front of house job by Julie and Janet. Strongly recommend.
