Absolutely terrible customer service by Andy especially. Ordered an item that was not packaged correctly for shipping and arrived damaged. Sent one email it was ignored sent a secondary t was answered and i was told to claim MYSELF from parcel force. It doesn't work like that 'Andy you didn't package it and it was damaged so YOU claim from the courier' his reply send it back for a refund. In a separate email i asked him if he would be covering the return postage as it was not up to me to do so as the item arrived damaged. No reply since. I have given him enough time to reply before i send this review. Their customer service stinks avoid this company at all costs

Ordered late on a Saturday.....Rifle in my hands on Wednesday AM.....Email confirmations on order receipt and despatch, combined with a supplied parcel force tracking number so I could see my order at every stage. Rifle was perfect and the price was as good as it gets from a UK based shop. Best of all was that UKARA registration is not required, just a legal declaration to be clicked on....this was great as I have another event to go before I can register with UKARA but lockdown has put the damper on getting it.....no more rental rubbish for me, all in all a perfect service.....thank you Fat Bobs.
