Excellent service despite lockdown conditions. I needed to return a faulty item & reorder. The 1st assistant was extremely helpful & immediately saw the fault in the item. He then arranged for his manager to come & deal with the reordering. This was Steve who came along quickly & proceeded to efficiently reorder & arrange delivery. Thank you for your cheerfulness throughout. 1st class.

A good home furnishings store with a nice variety of different styles and tastes. It also has a cafe/coffee shop at the back of the store where you can buy refreshments mid-shop should you require it!
I can't praise their made to measure curtain service more highly, Dunelm were brilliant. I've just ordered curtains on Saturday 12 December in the hope of them being ready for Christmas and Dunelm called me on Wednesday 16 December to say they were ready to collect! Easy procedure, helpful staff, great choice and price range and such speedy service. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks Dunelm.
Visited during the sales a few weeks ago and noticed a huge selection of reduced lamps; decided to get two. A few were visibly defective with minor factory flaws on their metal bases, so we bought the 'best' two (or so we thought). Back home, we unwrapped the thick protective cellophane from each lampshade, only to reveal several really conspicuous dents! All around each shade! No wonder they were on sale - Dunelm knew what they were doing...
