I just bought a Big Tex trailer from Mike at Carolina Trailers in York. Unlike other Big Tex dealers he was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. I called him several times over the past couple of months and he was always friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Carolina Trailers.
Mike is great. We ordered a new 10Ton deckover and he modified a dump trailer for us to work for our specific jobs. Pricing is better than other bigtex dealers but Mike's service is way better...I waited an hour in indian trail just to ask the service guys about repairs to one of our existing dump trailers just to be told to come back another day. Thank you Mike

Quality, hand made product at a great price. I had been looking on line and shopping around the area for a 5x8 utility trailer. I stopped in Carolina and the young lady in the front was very nice and knew her products. She asked which axle I wanted and a few other questions to get an idea of what I wanted and the price for those wants. She walked me around back and showed me the trailer that she had. It is a great trailer and the materials and construction was far better then what is available at the Lowes or Tractor Supply. I was very pleased with the construction and the materials used to build the trailer. After selecting my axle weight and tire size CT prepped the trailer. While they go the trailer ready, the girls in the front took care of the paper work. They were extremely fast and within a few minutes the title and other documents were ready to go. Before pulling away with the trailer, they did a test of the electrical system to make sure that the lights were working properly when connected to my truck. I not only recommend Carolina Trailer, I will continue to do business with CT in the future! Thank you CT for a great product and for the great customer service
