Nigel and Carol were both the most understanding, caring, and efficient people during such a naturally sad time. They kept in constant email communication, collected our pet from the vets themselves, and had the ashes ready for collection the next day with some seeds for flowers alongside. I can’t thank them enough.

I cant thank Bushy Hill crematorium enough, 100% happy I choose they service 2 cremate my 10yr bullmastif , he was supposed to come home the monday but Nigel brought him home the Sunday x
