I found my dress here today with help from Elizabeth, who is the most helpful and lovely person! She was brilliant at picking out dresses for me once she got an idea of what I wanted, and I ended up going with one of her suggestions. It was a perfect experience from booking to walking out, extremely happy with my purchase.
I had the best experience at bridal reloved and would definately recommend it to anyone looking for their perfect dress! The range of dresses is brilliant and all great condition. Elizabeth is really helpful and completely understood what I was after. I wasn't rushed at all and we were all made to feel very welcome!
My friends and I had a pre-scheduled appointment on Saturday to shop for veils for the bride in our group. Elizabeth very kindly allowed the bride to try on a number of dresses to go with the veils, even though she had already purchased her dress. We had some good veil options to run through and a nice selection of colours. We were comfy, happy, stayed for the full hour and have ordered a veil. Great appointment. Additionally, contact beforehand was easy, friendly and effective.
I have just been to Bridal Reloved to look at a wedding dress i saw in the window yesterday . Elizabeth who owns the shop was fantastic she was very patient with me and had a lot off time for me. Elizabeth helped me come up with ideas to tweak the dress to make it my own . Needless to say i bought my perfect dress . I had an amazing experiance and would highly recommend this lovely shop to everyone
