I went to Askham bar for my covid-19 injection. It was very well organised and there was no problem with the parking and getting there and the staff very friendly and helpful all you have to do is what you are tooled to do. Make sure you have the right information ie Hospital number if you know it , I'd with photo if possible and your copy of registration document if you register online or letter from NHS or Doctors

Stumbled across this on my visit to York and I’m soo glad I did. It really took away all the hassle that usually comes with parking. You can park you car here all day get a bus that comes every 10 minutes for 3.30 and be in the centre in 15 minutes. The bus stop is near Clifford tower and is in walking distance of the canal and other top attraction. Really impressed with this place.

Great service. Good sign posting, loads of parking and frequent buses. Price is good 3.30 adult return. Currently can pay on bus with no argument from driver, probably because of virus restrictions.

A drove into York and paid a fortune to park for years before realising how good this alternative is. Lots of parking around the central hub where the buses arrive / leave and they run really frequently. Prices are keen and it's even more convenient now they finally take card payments on the bus. Buses are basic but clean and comfortable enough for the short journeys they do. There's space for a couple of prams / a wheelchair usually. We had a weird experience earlier in the year when there was traffic coming out of York. Our driver had to park up for 30 minutes to wait for someone else to come and take over as they were about to go over their hours, unavoidable on their part and I suspect it's a rare occurrence but unfortunately the buses still have to fight through the busy sections of road like everyone else.
