This water refilling station is absolutely QC/QA a 100% compliance. You'll get what you buy. My kids drink 5x as they usually drink everyday because of alkaline water. The first time went here the men showed me the alkaline and regular water accuracy. Second time around he showed another test for alkaline water on how alkaline water hydrated us more than other water.

Water 2 thumbs up, as for customer service 4 thumbs down! Every time we go to fill our bottles I kindly ask for help with taking the filled bottles to the car, the attendant rudely answers “take the cart”. We’ll never go back again. We’d rather drive a few more miles for a good product AND good service.
About a year ago, I ditched my acidic Arrowhead 5-gallon bottle subscription in favor of Alkaline water and decided to make this store my permanent supplier. To address critical comments made by another reviewer, Jason may be quiet but he is a good man - patient and informative. He has always been quick to answer my questions and consistently helps me transport water to my car. And get this...he speaks English. (What the heck?? I hate that I even have to correct this). As far as business goes, he’s got a great product selection (glass, bpa free and regular plastic jugs in all sizes, dispensers and stands, soaps, cbd oil, house filtration systems, etc) The pricing is fair, the hours fit my work schedule and the vending option has been awesome for the times I’ve been in a bind. As long as he’s in business, I’ll be a customer. Oh and it also helps that the Cookie Element is next door :)
Been going here for the last 4 to 5 months and it's a nice place but if there closed his dispenser out side is crazily over priced, 10 for 5 gallons WTH is this about. Don't think I'll be back just because of that. What a rip off
