Superb Japanese restaurant located near Kamakura. You might need to go by car because there’s no train station. Exterior and interior give us a great experience like as entering old Japanese village. They are looks old but interior and facility is clean and well-maintained. The food was also great but expected quality for this price(at least 10,000). You could have other than Soba, but Shabu-Shabu, Sukiyaki and Irori-Yaki(grill). Reservation are highly recommended.

This restaurant is acutally a hill, where you have your private house for eating, with a dining room and private toilets. There's also a common more usual style eating area with several tables behind the reception. And a very cozy covered terrace, certainly for just drinking. This whole area is decorated with Japanese traditional style stuff, including the ground. All stuff seems locally handmade, which gives a sense of authenticity, but is not refined. A lot of efforts have been put in creating very traditional style spaces while offering all the modern confort. Lighting, especially outside has been well tough of and realized. An amazing visual experience, especially for foreigners. The food is super high-quality simple ingredients like wagyu or giant crab legs, veggies that you grill on an interior barbecue. During the course of the meal, you'll be regularly brought smaller, quite original delicate dishes, mostly made from fish or seafood. Everything is fresh, tasty and satisfying We're looking at the expensive side of life there, you can count about 200 USD per person.

お店の雰囲気はちょっとこの辺ではないくらい良いですね。最高。「帳場」と表記のある入り口から入ってみたところ、帳場に人はいましたけど「いらっしゃいませ」はなし。すみません、と声をかけたけど、この方は接客には慣れていないようでした。連れが到着するまでテーブルには通されず、入り口で待つように指示されました。接待で使うなら注意が必要です。仲居さんは完璧ではないものの親しみが持てる方向だったので問題なし。注文してから出てくるスピードは超絶早いです。こちらの食べるタイミングで出してくれたりはしないので、まとめて注文すると次から次へのきます。出来立てを美味しく食べたいなら、少量ずつ何度も注文することをお勧めします。天ぷらと牛肉が同時に出てきて大変でした。でもまぁ基本はみんなコースを頼むのかな。値段の割には料理のクオリティーは高いと思います。蕎麦は滅多に食べないので美味しいか普通かはちょっとわかりませんでした。雰囲気を味わうだけでも行く価値はあるかなーと思いました。サービスが変われば5ですね。
